Chroo Group was founded in the year 2003 in support of the post war Iraq re-construction effort led by the U.S D.O.D. Chroo started providing civil engineering and construction services to US Prime Contractors; namely USACE, CH2M HILL, ECCI, Tetra Tech, ITSI and URS. Working with US contractors, Chroo quickly learned the international and western construction methods, health & safety, quality control and mainly project management skills. As a result of this experience, Chroo was able to diversify into other service areas like electrical works, logistics, vehicle leasing, man power & specialized concrete products. CHROO Construction
Fully capable of completing any construction or engineering project from award of contract to completion. Chroo construction has the ability to self-perform all project requirements; this includes : - Complete project management from award date to turnover - Designs using our in house fully trained and qualified design team - Surveying with all up to date survey equipment and fully trained survey teams - Soil sample testing with results - Construction management Procurement - Cost controls - Scheduling - Logistics and transportation - HSE - QA/QC The performance standards that Chroo applies, have been accepted by major International companies. and their service providers. Having completed several mechanical, electrical, waste management & pipeline projects for a number of oil and gas companies as well as their supporting companies. Chroo oil & gas management team has more than 35 years of experience in the oil and gas sector and can complete any given project with professional prowess.
CHROO LOGISTICS
We provide logistical services for various companies including foreign military forces. Our logistical services can provide a wide range of needs with regards to procuring equipment of any size. In addition, we have the ability to transport items from the smallest package up to the largest single item. We can also distribute items across Iraq and assist with customs clearance in all areas. Chroo owns 250,000 m2 of covered & uncovered storage facilities.

Pickax
Our newly formed agriculture company intends to expand agricultural effectiveness and success. In order to achieve this, we intend to upgrade the processes of irrigation by integrating new meth- ods of fertilization and focusing on innovative methods to improve/increase pesticide immunity to mitigate crop destruction. We have projects located inside the Erbil province, Qushtapa, Jadeedah, Makhmoor and Seabran areas. The total area encompasses more than 12,500,000 m2 of land, 1,500,000 m2 of which is irrigated land and we still intend to increase. We have established a new plant control center, where we have successfully crossbred olive trees and grape vines. We intend to continue the expansion of this procedure in order to create more products at lower cost
